All clients of Sullivan Counseling Services need to be set up in our scheduling system. This is handled through our office (614-696-8400). First-time clients need to complete new client forms before coming in for their first appointment in Westerville. 

You will be emailed a link to our client portal where you will be prompted to create a unique username and password. This gives you access to new client forms and our online calendar in order to schedule an appointment, cancel, and reschedule appointments. Please read through the online documentation and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the fees and policies disclosed.

Please retain the log-in information you created so you can continue to access the portal in the future (below).  If you have problems signing in or using the client portal, or you forget your log-in information, please call us at 614-696-8400 for assistance.
